ORDER FULFILLMENT ISSUES!
Since I’m living overseas, I gotta deal with customs and duties if the invoice shows more than $75 worth of stuff. I was looking to buy two items, each around $70, so I thought it’d be smart to split them into two separate orders and pay the shipping fees twice, which is still cheaper than the potential customs fees I’d face later.
But the company went ahead and shipped both products together in one package, ignoring my order instructions. Now I’m stuck with extra customs fees because they can’t seem to get an order right.
Once I receive the package, I’ll be submitting the bill for reimbursement and starting a dispute through PayPal to get my cash back.
I reached out to them, but I’m guessing their response will be that it’s my responsibility according to their terms and conditions. Sure, it’s on me to know about the fees, but if a customer places two orders and pays for them, they should receive two separate shipments. It’s on you to fulfill orders correctly. You messed up, so you should be the one covering the fallout.

"My order was never sent"
My order was never sent. When I asked for a refund, they didn’t give it to me either! Plus, they hardly reply to emails and there’s no phone number that works to reach them! Seriously, don’t buy from this place!

"Awful Experience"
I placed an order on June 15, and here we are on August 25 with nothing to show for it. They keep saying it’ll ship in a week, but that never happens. I’m done shopping here for good.

I've made multiple purchases from Insane! before, and I've always been satisfied! They offer a huge selection of collectibles!
The products are top-notch, securely packed, and the delivery time is pretty good given the distance!

"Received a 3-pack mystery box but no chase..."
I got a 3-pack mystery box and didn’t receive any chase. I ordered the 2.0 mystery box and honestly feel like I got cheated. Seriously, steer clear of these boxes from Insane Toy Shop.

"Mystery Box or Just a Scam?"
What they call Mystery Boxes are really just Rip Off boxes. I dropped $97 on two of these so-called mystery boxes and ended up with 2 POPs worth a measly $23. They were such a letdown, one even had a sticker saying '50% off B&N', which makes me think they snagged it from the clearance table at B&N. That was part of the SDCC Mystery Box priced at $38.88 (value of $9). It's a nice little profit scheme for them, but it sure ain't the way to win over customers. With all the competition out there selling mystery boxes, you'd think they'd be a bit more clever about what they include and how they present it (like, come on, remove the discount sticker, that was just a slap in the face). Totally let down and I won't be shopping here again.
"No replies from customer service"
I made a purchase on May 2nd, and here we are on May 16th. I've sent them four emails inquiring about my order, but no one has gotten back to me. I even tried messaging them on their Facebook page, but the auto reply said they can't access Facebook at the moment (seriously???). They took the money from my PayPal right away, but I'm still left in the dark about when my order will ship.

"AWFUL customer support!"
I placed an order with this company on 12/24/17 and paid in full through Paypal. That same day, I received an email confirming my order. Then, on 12/26/17, I got a tracking number for part of my order, followed by another tracking number for the rest on 12/28/17. Both tracking numbers indicate that only a label has been created, but nothing has been picked up by USPS yet. I've reached out to them about my order five times already, and they haven't replied. I even called their store number and left a voicemail, but no one has returned my call. I also tried messaging them on their Facebook page twice, and still no response. This is just AWFUL customer support! It's now 01/11/17, and I’m still waiting for a reply to my many emails and haven’t received my order.
